Jobster, a New Approach

This week at the conference we talked a lot with the team from Jobster, an EMA 2005 sponsor that was actively roaming the show floor. Jobster is taking an interesting approach to online recruitment, using social networking and "trusted relationships" to spread the word about opportunities, especially hard-to-fill positions, with a focus on passive job seekers. The Jobster demo I took part in was impressive and it will be interesting to see how clients receive this approach alongside their online job board placements.

Along with meeting clients and new contacts at the show, it's also been a great opportunity to catch up with some of our partners who we work with in recruitment, like Dice.com and WetFeet. It's been excellent to see and meet those guys in person, rather than just over e-mail!

Off to Dallas for the EMA Show!
